Boiler broke on Monday - Surveyor attended Monday afternoon - Engineer fitted Tuesday. Not trying to sell us something we didn't need and old boiler taken away too. We were kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.
We needed a replacement boiler, Simp supplied and fitted one in the same week. The work was highly professional. They tidied up after them and took the old unit away. All done to the price agreed at the outset. Have used Simp in the past and would not hesitate to use them again

The lads very polite very efficient very friendly and more than competent.the cost of the job was £4,000 cheaper than another contractor who quoted for same boiler.
